Product Warranty Policy

The product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer or their authorized service provider and is subject to the warranty policies of the manufacturer, which can be found in the user manual or on the official website of the manufacturer.

To request warranty services, customers must contact the manufacturer or their authorized service center directly as per the applicable rules and regulations.

Warranty services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of Luxur. This includes spare part availability, repair period, and quality of repair. Customers must contact the warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or concerns.

The warranty applies only to products purchased within the United Arab Emirates (the "Territory"). Replacement and repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory.

If the customer rejects receiving the product after warranty processing, the product will be stored in Luxur’s warehouse for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days. After this period, the customer will no longer be eligible to request the return of the product.
